Rev. Linda Harris Bullock
Rev. Bullock is the daughter of the late Leroy and Lena Williams. who were former members of
Emmanuel AME Church. She is married to Mr. Johnson Bullock and is the mother of 4 Sons and 3
daughters. Blessed to have been chosen to be nana to 9 beautiful grandchildren. She is a
member of Emmanuel AME Church located in Durham North Carolina her pastor the Rev. Dr.
Bridgette Gloster.
Rev. Bullock has been in ministry for over 20 years. Ordained in the AME Zion Denomination in
2007 as a Deacon and in 2009 as an Elder by Bishop Richard Keith Thompson. She had held
several positions in her previous church Holland Chapel AME Zion Church in Apex North Carolina.
Serving as Director of Outreach Mission, President of the Prison and Jail Ministry, Sunday School
Teacher, and Intercessory Prayer Chair.
Rev. Sky has held positions on the Durham District such as District Local Preachers President and
Durham District Home Mission President. She was blessed to have been asked to assist in
supplying several churches during her time in Zion.
She is a member of The Durham Congregation in Action, The Mustard Seed Project and has been
a member of The Durham Prison and Jail Ministry for over 25 years where she is a
representative of Emmanuel in all three of these organizations. Rev. Bullock is founder of ‘The
Children of the Ark Ministry”, this ministry is gives aide to the caregivers of children whose
parents who are incarcerated. The Women of Value Ministry is one that was born out her own
personal experiences. She is humbled to have traveled sharing this message to hundreds of
women.
Rev. Bullock attended North Carolina Central University, North Carolina Bible College, and
classes at Duke Seminary. She is employed with Durham Public Schools a Southwestern Regional
Supervisor.
Grateful to officially have been re-obligated in 2021 into the AME denomination, Rev. Sky is a
member of the Emmanuel AME Ministerial Staff and is humbled with the opportunity to serve.
Rev. Sky is a woman of God, on fire for God, desiring only to be used by God, Glory be to God.
