We have taken great measures to keep our in-person parishioners safe from the COVID-19 virus while visiting our church.  In case of an outbreak within the walls of this edifice, the following steps will be taken:

  • Inform ALL attendees from the last worship service or event (contact tracing)
  • Additional sanitization of the church
  • Communicate any closings, re-openings, etc. via website and social media

On May 25, 2021, The Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center recognized organizations that have been instrumental to the success of the Department of Social Services Programs. Emmanuel AME Church was awarded the 2021 Department of Social Services Volunteer Service Award.  Emmanuel was so humbled by this recognition, but we know that there is so much more work to be done.  We are committed to our community!!  May God continue to shower down his blessings upon our beloved community.
